A uterus with two endometrial cavities. This is a congenital abnormality - a person is born with this abnormality. Sometimes it causes problems in pregnancy, sometimes not. 

This is a Single Umbilical Artery (SUA). The normal umbilical cord has three vessels: two arteries and one vein. When there is a single umbilical artery, there is an increased risk that there may be some other problems with the baby. The single umbilical artery by itself does not cause any problems, because the single artery carries the same amount of blood as two smaller arteries. 

I think this is a polyp within the endometrial cavity of the uterus. A polyp is a soft growth. These may cause abnormal bleeding and should be removed. We can tell definitely if this is a polyp by doing either a sonohysterogram (injecting water in the uterine cavity during the ultrasound) or a hysteroscopy (inserting a telescope within the uterus).

These are transvaginal images during pregnancy. We see the cervix, a pocket of amniotic fluid that contains a leg and loops of cord. We also see the lower edge of the placenta, and a fibroid low on the front wall of the uterus.
